If you can't use your ticket on the day it's purchased you can use it any day the halloween village is open.
There will be no scary characters and no one is hiding in the attractions attempting to scare them. The lights will be on inside.
No refunds. If you can't make it through the attraction due to a scared child, let a staff member know and they will show you the fastest way out. We will make every effort possible to allow them to try again if they take a break and feel a little braver later on. While the buildings are fully lit, the effects are off and no scary characters inside it may still be a little scary for our younger attendees. Every child is different and some children are more easily frightened than others.
Check your kids' candy if they have special food allergies.
This event is rain or shine but in the event of rain, you can use your ticket another day.
Your ticket includes a one time walk through the Dungeon of Doom 3d Maze and the 13th Street, 2-story trick or treat walk. The magic shows happen every half hour and the petting zoo is all day. Souvenir photos, food, drinks, merch and other upgrades aren't included in the general admission ticket and are available separately.
There is an ATM on site and we accept cards as well.
Masks are optional, and we ask that people stay reasonably distanced and use common sense when it comes to interacting with others. While we want to have a good time we also want to stay safe and healthy.
It's best to buy tickets online. While we do sell them at the door it's generally faster to have them on your mobile device.
Costumes are highly encouraged for both kids and even their grownups. Please dress up if you wish and for those visiting early in the Halloween season, this might be a good opportunity to try out this year's costumes. We're located on a very old farm so there's not much pavement here so wear appropriate footwear.
